** Shares of medical equipment maker InfuSystem Holdings Inc
 INFU.K  up 3.8% at $8.4 
    ** Co announces partnership with medical technology firm
Sanara MedTech Inc  SMTI.O  to create a jointly owned unit, SI
Wound Care, which will focus on providing wound care services 
    ** INFU says, through SI Wound Care, both INFU and SMTI to
offer their respective products to new customers 
    ** INFU to offer its wound therapy device Cork and SMTI to
offer wound care product line and services under partnership 
    ** SMTI's shares rise 2.1% to $30.62
    ** Including session's gains, INFU had fallen ~60% YTD,
while SMTI had fallen ~2% YTD
