Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Ingenta plc, a leading provider of software and services to the global
publishing industry, will be presenting via the Investor Meet Company platform
on 12 September 2023 at 16.30 (BST).

The presentation will give existing and prospective investors the opportunity
to listen to management discuss the Company's interim results for the period
ended 30 June 2023.

The presentation will be hosted by Scott Winner (CEO) and Jon Sheffield (CFO),
and there will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting.
