Director/PDMR Shareholding

Ingenta plc (AIM: ING),  a leading provider of software and services to the
global publishing industry, received notification on 2 December 2022 from
Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel"), a person closely associated with Mr
Sebastian White, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 1 December
2022 it sold, on behalf of its discretionary clients, 225,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.32 per
Ordinary Share.

Mr Sebastian White is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in,
Kestrel. Mr White has no beneficial interest in any of Kestrel's clients and,
therefore, no direct beneficial interest in the Company.

Following this transaction, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over
3,363,864 Ordinary Shares representing 23.14 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital.

Kestrel's interest in Ordinary Shares is held through The Bank of New York
Nominees Ltd.
