Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of the Company's Interim Results, the Company is
also pleased to confirm that an interim dividend of 1.5 pence per share will
be paid on 2 November 2020. The ex-dividend date is 1 October 2020 and the
associated record date for the final dividend will be 2 October 2020.
