Wall Street benchmarks dropped on Wednesday as a decline in technology stocks
after Microsoft's downbeat forecast and a bleak quarterly report from Boeing
fanned fears of a recession. .N 
    At 13:36 P.M. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.23% at
33,654.77. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.43% at 3,999.78 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.75% at 11,249.821.
