U.S. stock indexes were set to open higher on Monday following a rollercoaster
week, with investor focus shifting to Tuesday's midterm elections that will
determine control of Congress.  .N 
    At 9:04 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.39% at 32,553, S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.38% at 3,793.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
