    * Reported on Monday 9-month EBITDA of 6.7 million euros 
($7.41 million) versus 11.7 million euros a year ago 
    * 9-month net revenues fall 33 percent to 9.7 million euros 
from 14.5 million euros a year ago 
    * 9-month net energy production of 57.8 GWh versus 90.6 GWh 
a year ago 
    * Says lower revenues can be attributed to a drop in
