Director Shareholding 
The Company was advised on 1 October 2020 that Terry Roydon, non-executive Chairman, had purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On the same day, The R & H Trust Co. Ltd as Trustee of The Leon Roydon Foundation sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").    Terry Roydon is a beneficiary of The Leon Roydon Foundation and is therefore interested in those shares.  Following the transfer, Terry Roydon continues to have an interest in 357,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
