Board changes

Inland ZDP PLC announces the retirement of Nish Malde and the appointment of
Trevor Sawyer as directors, with effect from 4 September 2023.

Nish Malde was a founder director of Inland ZDP PLC and is resigning from all
his board positions with companies in the Inland Homes plc group of companies,
on account of his retirement from the Group.

Nish Malde is replaced by Trevor Sawyer, who is currently an independent
non-executive director of Inland Homes plc, and Chair of the Remuneration
Committee.  Trevor has had an extensive career working in the housing
development industry, previously as a Managing Director of Barratt Homes
Southern Counties and a non-executive director of Orbit Homes.

 

Disclosures

Trevor Sawyer (i) is not a director of any other publicly quoted company other
than Inland Homes plc, nor has he been a director of any other publicly quoted
company at any time in the previous five years; (ii) has no convictions in
relation to fraudulent offences; (iii) has not been a director or senior
manager (who is relevant to establishing that a company has the appropriate
expertise and experience for the management of that company) of any company at
the time of any bankruptcy, receivership or liquidation of such company; and
(iv) has not received any official public incrimination and/or sanction by any
statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional bodies)
or been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from
acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of a company.
