Software firm Appen says US-based Innodata withdraws buyout offer

March 14 (Reuters) - Australian software firm Appen
 APX.AX  said on Thursday that U.S.-based Innodata  INOD.O  has
withdrawn a non-binding indicative proposal for a buyout offer.
