    ** Innovative enters licensing deal with Reebok owner,
Authentic Brands  AUTH.N  to develop, market smart eyewear 
    ** Says initial Reebok smart eyewear collection is expected
to launch in early 2024 
    ** LUCY among top-traded stocks across exchanges in
premarket, with vols of over 3.3 mln shares as off 0800 ET 
    ** Up to Friday's close, shares have surged nearly 60% YTD
