    ** Co reports Q1 revenue of $30.5 mln, beating Wall Street
estimates of $29.1 mln, according to Refinitiv
    ** Co sees Q2 revenue between $31 mln and $33 mln, above
midpoint of $30.9 mln of Refinitiv estimates
    ** Also reports Q1 loss per share of $0.06, same as a year
earlier
    ** CTV shares down about 43% YTD
