    ** Co reports Q3 revenue of $36.2 million, up 5.1% yoy
    ** Reports Q3 basic and diluted loss per share of 2 cents,
vs 9 cents loss a year ago
    ** CTV expects Q4 2023 revenue in a range between $35
million and $37 million
    ** YTD, CTV shares are down ~39.8%
