** Stock on track for biggest intraday percentage gain since listing on March 23, 2026
** Business support services co says it received two orders from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)
** Says one order worth 2.19 billion rupees covers IDTL A and IDTL B fee plazas on NH-3 in central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh
** Says another order worth 245.3 million rupees covers Pachwara fee plaza on NH-39 in Madhya Pradesh
** Adds both orders are for toll collection and facility maintenance for one year
** More than 1.1 million shares change hands, about 40x the 30-day average volume -- LSEG compiled data
** Stock down 23.9% since listing on March 23, 2026
