executed a search and seizure warrant on its Cumberland,

    ** Co says a complaint was filed against Envigo in the U.S.
District Court for the Western District of Virginia on May 19
    ** Says complaint is civil action by DOJ alleging violations

    ** Up to Friday's close, NOTV shares had lost ~56% YTD
