** Shares of INOVIQ  IIQ.AX  rise as much as 72% to A$0.800,
posting their biggest intraday pct gain since Feb. 15, 2021
    ** Stock hits its highest level since February 2023
    ** Cancer therapy co says it has produced and isolated
engineered exosomes that target and kill breast cancer cells
    ** Adds 75% of breast cancer cells underwent cell death
within 72 hours when treated with co's exosomes in a study
    ** About 3.6 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 80,000
    ** Stock up 30.1% YTD, as of last close
