India's Inox Wind jumps to over 5-yr high on units' sale to Adani Green Energy

** Shares of India-based integrated wind energy solutions
provider Inox Wind Ltd  INWN.NS  rise as much as 2.5% to 159.90
rupees, highest since July 14, 2017
    ** Inox Wind on Monday, through its unit Inox Green Energy
Services Limited (IGESL), sold its entire shareholding in Wind
One Renergy, Wind Three Renergy, and Wind Five Renergy to Adani
Green Energy Ltd  ADNA.NS 
    ** IGESL will provide long term operations and maintenance
services for these projects, says Inox Wind
    ** More than 431,000 shares change hands by 0454 GMT vs
30-day avg of 1 mln shares
    ** Stock up 34.83% so far this year as of last close
