Inozyme gains on positive data from trials of genetic disorder drug

** Shares of rare disease therapy developer Inozyme Pharma
Inc  INZY.O  rise 27% to $2.83 premarket, among top pct gainers
across U.S. exchanges 
    ** Co reports positive data from early stage trials of its
drug to treat rare genetic disorders called ENPP1 and ABCC6
deficiencies
    ** Says patients treated with the drug showed significant
increases in levels of plasma pyrophosphate in the blood of
patients with the disorders, which is essential for preventing
the build up of calcium in soft tissues 
    ** Stock has lost ~85% of its value in 2022
