** Shares of Insecticides (India)  ISIL.NS  rise as much as
17% to a record high of 1,063.40 rupees
    ** ISIL after market hours on Tuesday said it would consider
buyback of shares via tender offer route on Aug. 30
    ** Over 413,00 shares traded, 3x 30-day avg volume
    ** Stock currently up 14.3%, extends YTD gains to 57%
