PDMR dealings

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 June 2025 at a price of 28.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 24,065,880 Ordinary Shares, which represents 20.07% of Insig AI's total voting rights.
