Convertible Loan Facility drawdown

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group,
announces that a further £310,000 has been drawn down on the convertible loan
facility agreements with Richard Bernstein and David Kyte as announced on 4
May and 17 June 2022 respectively (together the "First Convertible Loan
Facilities"). This drawdown of £310,000 fully utilises the amounts available
under the First Convertible Loan Facilities.

The convertible loan facility provided by Richard Bernstein of £0.75m as
announced on 12 September 2022 remains in place and undrawn.
