PDMR dealings

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), a leading provider of AI-led analytics and machine
learning solutions company, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief
Executive Officer has purchased 134,120 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of 18.07 pence per Ordinary
Share. Following the purchases, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at
26,942,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 21.56% of Insig AI's current
total voting rights.
