("Insig AI" or the "Company")

Subscription, Director Dealing and Total Voting Rights

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group has been
notified that Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has
purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") on 19 September 2025 at a price of 19.7 pence per Ordinary Share (the
"Share Purchase").

In addition, further to its announcement on 24 June 2025 (see RNS number
0668O), in accordance with the terms agreed under the Equity Funding Facility,
Richard Bernstein has exercised his right to purchase 875,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 20.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Equity Funding
Subscription"). Following the completion of the Equity Funding Subscription,
the Equity Funding Facility is now fully utilised by the Company.

Admission, Total Voting Rights and Director Shareholding

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the
Equity Funding Subscription Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission").
Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the Subscription
Shares are anticipated to commence on or around 25 September 2025.

Following Admission, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the
Company will be 121,682,643. Shareholders may use this figure as the
denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.

Upon Admission and following the Share Purchase, Richard Bernstein's
shareholding will stand at 26,707,880 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.95% of
the Company's enlarged share capital. This figure includes an additional
1,242,000 Ordinary Shares since the last disclosure on 24 July 2025, which had
been erroneously omitted. The composition of the 1,242,000 Ordinary Shares is
as follows:

·      On 4 March 2020, Mr Bernstein participated in a placing for the
Company (named Catena Group plc at the time), purchasing 140,000 Ordinary
Shares. Whilst Mr Bernstein's participation was announced, these shares had
not been included in his previously announced shareholdings;

·      On 30 May 2024, the Company announced Mr Bernstein had subscribed
for 500,000 Ordinary Shares, these shares were not included in his resultant
shareholding calculations;

·      On 6 September 2024, Mr Bernstein purchased 400,000 Ordinary
Shares but his resultant shareholding announced was 102,000 Ordinary Shares
lower; and

·      On 24 June 2025, the Company announced Mr Bernstein had
subscribed for 500,000 Ordinary Shares, these shares had been omitted from the
shareholding announced on 24 July 2025.
