** Cloud and data center transformation workforce solutions
provider's shares  NSIT.O  up 1% at $95.23 in early trading
    ** Co names Joyce Mullen as chief executive officer,

    ** Mullen has served as Insight's North America President
for the past year, and prior to that was with Dell Technologies
 DELL.N  
    ** Ken Lamneck, who has been heading the organization as CEO
since 2010, will continue with co to assist Mullen as she
transitions to her new role - NSIT
    ** Stock up ~25% YTD
