Wall Street's main indexes fell on Tuesday after Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen
said the U.S. government could run out of money within a month, while investors
awaited the Federal Reserve's policy decision.  .N 
    
    At 11:32 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 1.69% at
33,475.22. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 1.77% at 4,094.18 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 1.52% at 12,027.046.
