** HK-listed generative-AI drug developer said on Sunday it has agreed to a global licensing and research deal with U.S. drugmaker Eli Lilly LLY.N, that could be worth up to $2.75 billion, including milestone payments

** YTD, stock up 68%, Hang Seng Biotech Index .HSBIO up nearly 3%
