Inspecs announces that it was notified on 30 June 2022 of the following PDMR
purchase;

 

Christopher Hancock, Senior Independent Director, purchased 2,500 ordinary
shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 259.9999 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Christopher Hancock and his connected persons have a
beneficial interest in 18,940 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0002 per cent of
the Group's issued share capital.
