Inspecs announces that it was notified on 27 April 2023 of the following PDMR
purchase;

 

Christopher Hancock, Senior Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,508 ordinary
shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 96 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Christopher Hancock and his connected persons have a
beneficial interest in 23,448 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.023 per cent of
the Group's issued share capital.
