Inspecs announces that it was notified on 1 July 2022 of the following PDMR
purchase on the same day;

 

Robin Totterman (CEO), Chief Executive Officer, purchased 40,485 ordinary
shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 247 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Robin Totterman and his connected persons have a
beneficial interest in 18,666,378 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.4 per cent
of the Group's issued share capital.
