Inspecs announces that it was notified on 11 July 2022 of the following PDMR
purchase;

 

Catherine Kay, the wife of Chris Kay (CFO), purchased 8,426 Ordinary Shares at
a price of 224 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Chris Kay and
his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 2,112,578 Ordinary Shares,
representing 2.1 per cent of the Group's issued share capital.
