Strengthens Board with the Appointment of Marlou Janssen-Counotte as
Non-Executive Director

Marlou brings extensive international commercial experience

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology
company pioneering best-in-class, specialist neonatal intensive care medical
devices, announces the appointment of Louise Marie ("Marlou") Janssen-Counotte
as a Non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 21 June 2023.

Marlou, a Dutch national, brings a wealth of experience gained in
internationally recognised medical technology companies including Philips,
Biotronik, St Jude Medical and Medtronic, in which she has held senior
commercial leadership roles.  Marlou has extensive international experience
and has lived and worked in the USA.  She is currently also a non-executive
director of Acarix AB (a Stockholm Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market
listed company).

Mark Abrahams, Chairman of Inspiration Healthcare said: "I am delighted to

Janssen-Counotte  (aged 58 years) holds/has held the following

In the UK and Ireland, the Group has direct sales teams selling Group Branded
and complementary products from third parties, with an additional range of
home healthcare products.  This is supported by Technical Support for planned
preventative maintenance and emergency assistance.

 

The Group operates from various sites in the UK for R&D, Marketing and
operations with manufacturing based in Croydon (south London) and Hailsham
(East Sussex).  The Group's Head Office is located in Crawley, a short
distance from London's Gatwick Airport.
