Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology
company, announces that it was notified today that Timothy Lacey, spouse of
Liz Shanahan, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 14,532 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 61.85 pence per share on 28 November 2022.

Following the purchase, Liz Shanahan, together with her spouse, hold a total
of 49,532 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately  0.07 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.

 

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance
