Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

 

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC) ("Inspiration Healthcare", the
"Company" or, together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group"), the
global medical technology company pioneering specialist neonatal intensive
care medical devices, is pleased to announce that, it is today posting to
Shareholders the Circular convening the General Meeting in respect of the
proposed Placing, Subscription and Retail Offer announced on 26 June 2024 (the
"Launch Announcement").

 

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Panmure Liberum Limited, 25
Ropemaker St, London, EC2Y 9LY at 10.30 a.m. on 22 July 2024.
