AGM Statement

 

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company pioneering best-in class, specialist neonatal intensive care medical devices, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 12.00 p.m. today, Chair Roy Davis will make the following statement.

 

"FY25 was a year of strategic reset and renewed momentum as we implemented our 'back to basics' approach. Although revenues grew modestly by 1.7% to £38.3 million in FY25, we reported a much stronger H2 performance which has continued into FY26. The actions taken to streamline operations and refocus commercial efforts alongside the appointment of our new CEO Raffi Stepanian in January 2025 have laid solid foundations for future growth.

 

"In the final quarter of last year, we secured our largest single contract to date, at $6 million for SLE6000 and SLE1500 ventilators plus associated accessories and consumables with a trusted global humanitarian aid group focusing on child and infant welfare. All deliveries for this contract have now been fulfilled and a majority of payments received while installation and training are underway, and we look forward to future collaborations with this organisation.

 

"The first shipment of ventilators and accessories for the previously announced Middle East contract has also been completed in the current period and payment now received. These larger contracts and actions taken under the 'back to basics' approach are now feeding through into reduced working capital and a reduction in net debt as anticipated.

 

"We entered FY26 with clear strategic direction, a strengthened leadership team and growing market opportunities. With the benefit of a restructured commercial platform and a sharper operational focus, we are confident in delivering a strong first half and meeting market expectations for the full year."
