** Shares of software developer and cloud services provider
Inspur International Ltd  0596.HK  surge 20.4% to HK$2.54, on
course for the best day since Feb. 11
    ** Stock hit the highest since May 3 and on track for the
second session of gains; among the 30 biggest percentage gainers
on the Hong Kong bourse
    ** Company expects a turnaround and will record a profit for
six month ended in June as compared to a loss in the year ago
period, as income and profit from management software business
increased and as it expands business in cloud services operation

    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng sub-index tracking information
technology firms  .HSCIIT  climbs 0.5%, while the Hang Seng Tech
Index  .HSTECH  slips 0.1%

0.3%, and the benchmark index  .HSI  gains 0.5%
    ** By last close, the stock had surged 30.3% this year
