Board and Senior management changes

 

Compre Group Holdings Limited, the Bermuda-domiciled international specialty
reinsurance group, announces that Emmanuel Clarke will be resigning as
Chairman and Non-Executive director on the 28 February 2025.  The Board would
like to thank Mr. Clarke for his significant contribution to the development
of the Group over the last 4 years and to wish him well as he takes on an
executive role with Intact Financial Corporation. Jonathan Reiss will be the
acting Chairman in the interim.

 

The Group also announces that Derrick Estes has replaced Rhonda Ramparas as
Non-Executive director representing BCi on the Board.

 

In addition, Dan Fiehn, Group COO, left the company with effect from 31(st)
January 2025.
