The Company is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company held at 3:00 p.m. today (the "General Meeting"), each of the resolutions was duly passed as a special resolution. 
In compliance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, the Company has submitted a copy of each of the special resolutions passed at the General Meeting to the National Storage Mechanism where they are available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
