    ** Co cuts FY24 rev. and adj. per-share earnings forecast
    ** Now expects FY rev. in the range of $1.61 bln - $1.63 bln
with adj. profit of $2.41-$2.57/share
    ** Analysts' average ests. is of $1.68 bln in sales with
per-share earnings of $3.04 - LSEG data
    ** Co, however, posted Q2 rev. of $418.2 mln and adj. profit
of 63 cents/share, above analysts' ests. of $413.2 mln and 62
cents/share, respectively
    ** As of last close, stock down 27.83% YTD
