Integra rises after buying Durasorb-maker SIA

** Shares of medical equipment maker Integra LifeSciences
Holdings Corp  IART.O  up 2% at $56.04 in morning trade
    ** Co acquires plastic surgery device-maker Surgical
Innovation Associates (SIA) in a deal valued up to $140 mln 
    ** IART says acquisition of SIA's diverse pipeline including
its lead product Durasorb will strengthen co's reconstructive
surgery portfolio
    ** Co also says it is planning a repurchase of $150 mln
worth of its shares
    ** Adds repurchase program is expected in early 2023
    ** Including session's gains, stock down 16.4% YTD
