IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that David Johnson and Candida Johnson, Group
Counsel/PDMR and a person closely associated with him have disposed of 30,815
ordinary shares of £0.01 on 18 September 2024, and 242,247 ordinary shares of
£0.01 on 19 September 2024. The sale was instructed, primarily, for
diversification and personal financial planning purposes. David Johnson
continues to be Group Counsel of the Company and his working relationship with
the Company and its group is unchanged.

provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse
