IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it was notified today that on 24 December 2024 the
trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of
£0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the
Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out
below:
Partnership Shares Matching Shares
Alexander Scott 43 86
David Johnson 43 86
Jonathan Gunby 43 86
These shares have been acquired by the trustee of the IntegraFin Share
Incentive Plan 2018 by way of market purchase at a price of £3.49 per share.
The Company also announces that awards over Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in
the Company were made on 24 December 2024 under the IntegraFin Deferred Bonus
Share Option Plan to each of the following Directors/PDMRs as set out below:

Jonathan Gunby 38,023
Euan Marshall 41,722
