The Company announces that it was notified on 13 January 2026 that the trustee
of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of £0.01 each
in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:

These shares have been acquired by the trustee of the IntegraFin Share
Incentive Plan 2018 by way of market purchase at a price of £3.53 per share.
