Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

The Company is pleased to announce that following an external search the board
has appointed Irene McDermott Brown to the Board as a non-executive director
with effect from 1 January 2025. Irene will join the Nomination Committee and
the Remuneration Committee and will assume the chair of the Remuneration
Committee upon regulatory approval.

Irene has extensive executive experience with M&G and Barclays, and is
a non-executive director of Lancashire Holdings Limited where she chairs the
Remuneration Committee.

There is no other information required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13R
of the Listing Rules.
