Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

23 January 2025

The Company has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for
the year ended 30 September 2024, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 and
the Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 27
February 2025 at the Company's offices at 29 Clement's Lane, London, EC4N 7AE
at 16:00.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above documents have been
submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at
