shares sold by funds affiliated with Vista Equity Partners at

    ** Offering priced at 13.4% discount to last sale
    ** Vista has ~94.4 mln IAS shares for ~61% controlling
stake, per Refinitiv
    ** Last Thurs, Integral forecasted FY 2023 rev of $457-$465
mln with midpoint above consensus of $458.6 mln, per Refinitiv,
and said anticipates adj EBITDA of $147-$153 mln
    ** Shares have risen past 4 sessions and have roughly
doubled YTD through Tues close
