Annual Financial Report & Notice of AGM

Following the Company's announcement of Final Results issued on 21 April 2022,
Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc (the 'Company') has today posted its
Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Annual General Meeting
("AGM") Circular to shareholders.

 

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 6.3.5 the Annual
Accounts are available on the Company's website ( www.idhcorp.com
(http://www.idhcorp.com/)  ). Furthermore, in accordance with Listing Rule
14.3.6, each above mentioned document are available for inspection via the
National Storage Mechanism

The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 7 June 2022
at 3pm (BST) / 4pm (EET) at the offices of Actis, 2 More London Riverside,
London SE1 2JT.
