Annual Financial Report & Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the announcement on 17 April 2025 of its full year results for the
year ended 31 December 2024 (RNS number: 3644F), the Company announces that
it has published the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts ("2024 Annual Report") on
the Company's website:

The Company has also today posted the following documents to shareholders:

 

·    2024 Annual Report;

·    Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM); and

The Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 3:00 p.m. BST on Tuesday, 27 May
2025 at 2 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2JT.

 

If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote on the resolutions,
the Company kindly requests shareholders to submit a proxy vote online

with the instructions set out in note 2 of the Explanatory Notes to the Notice

Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") in both
structured electronic format and in unedited full text and the Notice of the
2025 AGM has been submitted to the NSM. A copy of the 2024 Annual Report and
Notice of the 2025 AGM will shortly be available for inspection
