Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

 

Following the publication of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts ("2023 Annual
Report") on 28 March 2024 (RNS Number: 6093I), the Company has today posted
the following documents to shareholders:

 

·    2023 Annual Report;

·    Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM); and

·    Letter of Availability.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, the 2023 Annual Report and Notice of
AGM are available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism

The Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 3:00 p.m. BST on Wednesday, 29
May 2024 at 2 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2JT.
