 INEE.NS  jumps 7% to a record high of 1,195 rupees, its third
all-time high so far this month
    ** INEE currently up nearly 3% 
    ** Only stock gaining in 100-member Nifty small-cap index
 .NIFSMCP100  which is down 4% 
    ** More than 3.9 mln shares trade, 4.7x the 30-day avg
volume
    ** If gains hold, stock set to rise for fourth straight
session; climbed nearly 4% in last three sessions
    ** Reuters could not immediately ascertain the reason for
stock move
    ** INEE up 37.3% YTD, vs small-cap index's 4% decline
