** Shares of India's Intellect Design Arena INEE.NS fall 6.5% to 828 rupees

** Banking and insurance software company reported ~60% y/y fall in Q3 profit to 284.5 million rupees ($3.11 million) on Friday

** Co posted a one-time charge of 303.4 million rupees related to India's new labour codes, weighing down its profit

** Trading vols at 276,857 shares, similar to 30-day avg of 269,879 shares

** INEE gained ~1.8% in 2025, stock down about 9% so far in 2026

($1 = 91.5887 Indian rupees)
